We all know that Tuesdays are reserved for Tacos, but sometimes you need to spice up the typical Taco Tuesday! At least, that’s how I feel – I like a little variety in my menu! So here are five recipes for Taco Tuesday that AREN’T tacos!

1. Taco Pizza
Living Well Mom has a GREAT Taco Pizza recipe! The “sauce” is a delicious cream cheese/sour cream mixture, and then the pizza toppings are anything you’d normally put in your tacos. Easy, peasy!
2. Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
Another super easy substitution: swap the taco shell/tortilla with lettuce! Evolving Table’s Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps are gluten free, keto friendly and paleo friendly. Yuuuummy! She also offers some recipe variations based on different dietary needs, which I LOVE.
3. Cheesy Taco Empanadas
I mean, who DOESN’T love a good empanada!? This is a genius twist on Taco Tuesday! If you’ve got an air fryer, even better, but a fryer isn’t required to make these yummy treats!
4. Mexican Taco Lasagna
We’re back at Evolving Table for their Mexican Taco Lasagna! This is SO DAMN GOOD, and it makes enough to give you some leftovers, which is always a bonus in our house! Again, all typical taco ingredients (what would be noodle layers are actually just soft shell tacos), but a little twist!
5. Instant Pot Taco Pasta
You guys know I LOVE my Instant Pot, it’s 100% my favorite kitchen gadget! Want to know the best part about this Taco Pasta? It’s only six ingredients! #mommalike This is also a GREAT recipe if you’re new to your Instant Pot, because there are very few steps involved!
What other recipes are you using to spice up your Taco Tuesday? I’d love to know so that I can get them into our rotation!
